We saw a need for data analysis in human resources to start identifying and finding solutions for performance issues and human risk in the workplace.
History
Our company was formed in 2014 to create a technology that would help organizations simplify and streamline their safety, human resources compliance and risk.
That’s why after 3 years of research with Dr. Kevin Kelloway and St. Mary’s University in Halifax - we developed a highly accurate and validated risk assessment.
