POLICY

It is our policy that all correspondence, reports and incident reports are confidential. There are limited circumstances where the law or contractual obligations require disclosure or duty to warn. These include situations such as child protection concerns, threats of violence, or harm to oneself or others, files subpoenaed by the court or there is a serious safety concern.

 

As part of our Incident Reporting App, we allow for complaints to be made directly to us. This is due to the possibility that the complaint is being made against one or more of the individuals who are reviewing the incident reports on behalf of the organization. In this case, we will contact the organization via e-mail to let them know that a complaint has been made. The organization can choose to either retain our services to investigate the complaint for an additional fee. If the organization chooses for us not to investigate, we will contact the individual who has made the complaint. We will also inform them that the organization is not retaining us to investigate this complaint. We will also inform them that if they wish to file the incident, we will pass the information including their name onto the authorized individuals in the company and are not legally responsible for its proper investigation.

 

DISCLAIMER

All programming, products, or services provided by WPV Corp., its employees or its assignees, is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the program, product, or service is assumed by the customer. Should the product or service prove defective, the customer (and not WPV Corp., its employees or its assignees) shall assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Further, WPV Corp. does not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the use of, or the results of the use of, the program, product, or service in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currency, or otherwise; and the customer relies on the services and results solely at its own risk.

 

WPV Corp. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, made by WPV Corp. or its employees or its assignees on any programs, products, or services provided.

 

None of WPV Corp., its employees, its assignees, or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the programs, products, or services, shall be responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from: (i) any inaccuracy or incompleteness in, or delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the program, product, or service; (ii) any decision made or action taken by you or any third party in reliance on the program, product, or service supplied by WPV Corp.

 

REFUND POLICY

Because we are a software and intellectual property company, we normally do not offer refunds. We do, however, stand behind all products and services that we offer. Refunds are subject to the direct written approval of WPV. In order to apply for a refund you can contact WPV by submitting the contact form Here. Please include the following information in your written request for a refund. The written request should include the reason you are requesting the refund.

 

CANCELING YOUR WPV SUBSCRIPTION

After the first year, payments will be made automatically on your credit card on a month-to-month basis. To end your subscription to WPV, you must contact WPV in writing by using our contact form Here. You must provide no less than 45 days notice of termination of the service.

 

All information held for the client by WPV may be deleted after 90 days of termination of the subscription.

 

ADDING/SUBTRACTING STAFF

Please note that we do not offer refunds on unused or partially used employee spaces already paid for for the first year. After the first year, we can adjust your billing to reflect your current staff on a month-to-month basis if you let us know in writing before payment is made for that month.

In the event employees need to be added to your company or organization, we will automically charge you for the current period of your billing. In other words if you are in the sixth month of the first year of service and need to add an employee, we will charge you the appopriate fee for that new employee for the remainder (6 months) of the current term (1 year). After that payments will be done on a month-to-month basis and the conditions listed above will go into effect.
